36 Carnaby Street is a striking brand new office and retail development located in Soho. The branding was intended to be sleek and sophisticated to echo many of the designer shops and outlets in the surrounding area. We also tried to capture the colour and vibrancy of Carnaby Street and Soho within the photography in the brochure and reinforced the many local amenities with a detailed street plans and location maps.

Shaftesbury PLC appointed us to produce the marketing brochure for 10 Slingsby Place, part of their new 267,000 sq ft luxury mixed-use scheme St. Martin's Courtyard in Covent Garden. Our involvement included creating the brand, design, photography and managing the production of the brochure.

Following the success of 10 Slingsby Place, Shaftesbury PLC asked us to produce a brochure for another of their commercial buildings within this fantastic mixed-use development located in the heart of Covent Garden. We created the brand, design, photography for the brochure as well as managed the production process through to delivery.
